Be My Valentine!

This is an elegant card to make for someone very special. They'll never believe how simple it was to make it, either! This heart is a single stamp available in the Occasions Mini Catalog you can view HERE.
I also used En Francais background stamp with Vellum cardstock. A little sponging adds just the right touch, too!
